24 hour cancellation policy which starts midday, the day before arrival. 
A late cancellation or a no show will be charged at 100% of the first night's stay. 
A £6 non refundable admin fee will be kept for all reservations. 
Payment Policy 
A valid credit or debit card must be used to make a reservation. 
50% of the first night's stay will be charged to the card supplied. 
For NON REFUNDABLE rates 100% of the booking total will be charged. 
This can be refunded on check in if you would like to pay by a different method. 
Do I need to leave deposit/credit card details for leaving a car only? 
No, just a name and telephone number is needed to leave a car. 
Is there a cancellation policy for Gatwick Car parking only? 
There is no cancellation policy for cars however it would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know. 
Do I need to pay in advance? 
Yes 50% for our flexible rates & 100% for our non refundable rates. 
Why am I required to leave my credit card details? 
So we can guarantee your Gatwick Belmont Hotel room even for very late arrivals. 
Are you open 365 days a year? 
No, we do close on 24th, 25th, 26th and the 31st of December. 
What is the standard check in time? 
Midday, although an earlier check in may be possible. 
My flight arrives in to Gatwick Airport early morning - can I check in early? 
Early check-in is possible, surcharge £20 and is subject to availability.Early check-in can be requested: the earliest possible time is 10am, 
The official check in time is Midday but we will try to get your room ready as early as possible. 
Of course, you are more than welcome to wait in our very comfortable bar lounge until the room is ready. 
What is the check out time? 
10am, the latest this can be extended to is 11am - after that you will have to reserve for another day. 
I am not flying until later in the day - can I leave my luggage with you until I fly? 
Yes, we can store your luggage throughout the day and transfer you to Gatwick for your flight. 
Do you offer luggage storage while I am away? 
Yes, we do charge £1 per item per day. 
Do you accept pets in the Hotel? 
No, definitely no pets allowed. 
Are children welcome? 
Yes children of all ages are welcome at our hotel - we have family rooms for 3, 4, 5 or even 6 guests. 
Do you have lifts? 
No, but ground floor rooms can be requested.

How can I get confirmation of my booking?

We charge £6 per room each way. 
We collect from Gatwick Airport North or South terminals between 9am to 9pm, there is a free phone at either terminal that you call us from and we then send our mini bus out to collect you, please go to our Gatwick Airport Transfers Page for how to arrange this service. The price is included in our package deals, otherwise the cost is £6 each way per room. 
Does the price include free full English breakfast at the Gatwick Belmont hotel? 
Gatwick Belmont Hotel bed and breakfast rates that include a hot buffet full English breakfast self service or a continental breakfast for early airport departures. 
How late can I check in to your hotel? 
You can check in as late as you require. We have a night manager on all night and your reservation is secured by credit card so it will not be sold to anyone else. 
I am arriving very late will there still be someone there to let me in? 
Yes, someone will be on duty all night so don’t worry about how late you will arrive. 
Can I leave my car at your hotel whilst on holiday?

Is there a leisure centre near the Gatwick Belmont Hotel 
Yes, you have a choice, in Horley town where we are situated there is the Horley Anderson Centre, (roughly a 15min walk from us). Also in nearby towns there is K2 leisure centre in Crawley or Donyngs in Redhill. 
Are there nearby pubs and restaurants? 
Yes, although Horley is a small town there are a wide range of establishments to suit everyone all within a five minute walk. 
How far is Gatwick Belmont Hotel from Gatwick Airport North and South terminals? 
Just 5 minutes away from either terminal! We are 1 mile away from the airport and the journey only takes five minutes by car. Even at peak times, the longest the journey to either terminal should take is 10 minutes. 
Is Gatwick Belmont Hotel in the flight path? 
No, we are not in the flight path – you will not hear any aircraft noise and we are set far back from the road so traffic noise is not a problem either. 
Does the local town have a post office and banks with currency exchange? 
Yes, the banks and post office are open 9am to 5pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday – they are closed on Bank Holidays & Sundays. 
Does the local town have a launderette and dry cleaner? 
Yes – Horley’s launderette and dry cleaners are usually open Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 9pm.

We have 26 bedrooms of various combinations, including ground and first floor. We don’t have a lift, so if you would like a ground floor please request this at the time of booking.

All are en-suite, all have showers, we have no rooms with baths.

We supply a hair dryer in each bedroom. 
Do you have an iron & ironing board? 
We supply this on request, just ask at reception.

What time is breakfast served? 
Full English buffet style breakfast is available from 7am to 10am weekdays & 7.30am to 10am weekends. Continental breakfast is available at any time for early departures.

No, but you can walk to the local town of Horley where there is a good selection of pubs & restaurants.

Yes the bar lounge is open all day and is a very comfortable place to relax, read, and have a drink, or wait for your Airport taxi collection. 
Are children allowed in the bar?

How do we get to the hotel from Gatwick between 9pm to 9am? 
Airport taxis are available 24 hours a day from either Gatwick Airport terminal and will only cost £10.00. Alternatively, you could call a local taxi on 01293 430 430, 01293 820 820 or 01293 429 429. 
How do I arrange collection from either terminal? 
There is a specific collection point at each terminal and a free phone to call to be collected. Please go to our Gatwick Airport Transfers Page for further details. We will try to collect you within 15 minutes. Our minibus holds 8 passengers, so if you are arriving at the airport in a larger group we will ask help from another local Gatwick hotel. 
Can your Airport Transfer vehicle fit ski's and large sports equipment? 
Yes, golf clubs will fit in the boot and ski's, snowboards & surfboards can slide along the top of the seats. 
I arrive by train, coach or plane in to Gatwick Airport. How do I get to the Gatwick Belmont Hotel?
